A fashionable downtown engagement session | Detroit, MI

Clara and Andrew’s engagement session will definitely go down as one of my favorites! I love everything about it: their fashion choices, the locations we chose, the dreamy light.

We started at the Belle Isle conservatory (which is unfortunately under construction until 2024, but I’m sure it will be beautiful when it’s finished!) and stopped by the Belle Isle fountain before heading downtown. Clara lives in Detroit, so a downtown engagement session was a no brainer! Before our session, she contacted the restaurant Grey Ghost Detroit and asked if we could take some photos there. They were SO gracious and accommodating, and I love the images we created in their space.

After Grey Ghost, we ended the evening outside of the Detroit Public Library. It’s a gorgeous building and perfect for Clara and Andrew’s classic and sophisticated style.

It was a treat to spend the evening with such a stylish and thoughtful couple!
